Inside and Drive-by Vacation or Primary Home Visit
Includes a stop by the home and a check that the facilites are OK, including a check inside if you arrange access for me.  I can make sure heat is on enough to prevent frozen pipes. Plants to water? Let me know (you say how much and when). I'll need to keep a key if you want to go inside, and I will keep the key safe.

Storm and Freeze Watch!
Worried about your home after one of our infamous storms? I'll go by and make sure your home is safe and give you a report on what happened. A bit worried about your home when a freeze has happened? I'll make sure no damage was done and check your place out. For keyed entry, I will safely maintain a key to your home.

Winterize!
Didn't have a chance to get up to put the bibs on or to turn off the water? Need to drain the hot water tank to keep it safe? As long as I have access to your home, I will winterize your place and give you addition peace of mind that your home is safe and ready for winter. If you don't have the bibs, I will go purchase them for you at the additional cost of the materials plus 20%.

Warm-It-Up!, Bird Feeder Refill and Mail Pickup Services
Are you cold to the bone when you arrive at your home after being away for awhile? Wouldn't you like your home to be nice and warm when you arrive? I'll go by your home and turn the heat up before you arrive. Ahhhhh! This is a favorite service of my clients.

Wait Around Service and General Coordinator (Including managing mowing)
When you can't be there to wait for the gutter installer, electrician, plumber or someone else to come work on your home, but need someone to let them in or be there while they work, I can either allow entry or wait around while they're there (depending on my work load).

If you need your lawn mowed occassionally or routinely, I can arrange this upon your request by finding a lawn mowing professional for you. This is one service I don't do myself!

Miscellaneous

If you have anything else you would like done around your home - even going by and giving your dog a break or feeding the cat - my rates are still the same.  Just make a request and I'll let you know if it's something I can do.
